Francis Burton, the other Justice, on 27th August, 42 Geo. III, A.D. 1802, recording that Edward Lloyd has recovered against John Wynne, certain specified messuages, lands, etc., in the Parishes of Ruthin and Llanferres, co. Denbigh. Endorsed: "27th August, 1802. Transcript of a Recovery suffered by John Wynne Esqe of Lands in the Parishes of Ruthin and Llanferres in the County of Denbigh.".
