Deed whereby John Matthews of Plas yn Llysfaen, co. Carnarvon, gentleman, and John Maughan of Hitchin, co. Hertford, gentleman, Commissioners named in the Act of Parliament for inclosing lands in the Parish of Bettws Abergele, co. Denbigh, lease to John Lloyd Wynne of Coed Coch, co. Denbigh aforesaid, Esq., for 5sh. an allotment in the Common thereof, called Mynydd y Gell in the said Parish, and another adjacent thereto, called Frith Shenkin, with abuttels and boundaries described, etc., for one year at a peppercorn rent, with view to a release thereof.
