Deed of four parts made between (i) Thomas Lloyd of Denbigh, gentleman, devisee named in the Will of Anne Stodart, late of Denbigh, widow, deceased; (ii) The Rev. Robert Price of Berse, co. Denb., clerk; (iii) Thomas Jones of Llantysilio, same co., Esq., and (iv) Edward Lloyd of Kefn, same co., Esq., whereby the said T. Lloyd conveys to the said T. Jones, for £130, certain land called Gwerglodd Shammas, 4a. 1r. in the Township of Bryngwyn Escob, Parish of Dymerchion, co. Flint, subject to specified charges, and conditions of redemption, etc., with assignment of term to attend the inheritance thereof, to the 4th party, in trust for the 3rd party. Signed and sealed by the 1st and 2nd parties. Witnesses: John Hutchinson and J. Foulkes of Wrexham, attorneys, J.C. Williams. Endorsed with receipt of T. Lloyd to T. Jones for £130, consideration money. Signed and dated as above. Witness: J.C. Williams, attorney, Denbigh.
