Robert Anwyl of Lleweny Hall, same co., clerk, (Trustees appointed by the Will of Elizabeth Lloyd, deceased, late wife of Evan Lloyd, late of Aelwyducha, co. Flint., Esq.,) and Thomas Lloyd of Denbigh, Esq., lease, for 5sh., to the Rev. Howell Holland Edwards of Pennant in the parish of Eglwysfach, co. Denb., clerk, a messuage or tenement with lands appurtenant called Bryn yr Odyn in the parish of Llanelian, same co., one hundred and three acres, three roods and thirty five perches, for one year at an annual rent of one peppercorn, to the purpose of enabling them to grant to the said Rev. H. H. Edwards, the freehold reversion and inheritance of the premises aforesaid, upon specified trusts, etc. Signatures and seals of the lessors. Seal, a falcon. Witnesses: Edward Oldfield, atty.
