Deed whereby John Matthews of Plas-yn-Llysfaen, co. Carnarvon, gentleman, and John Maughan, gentleman, of Hitchin, co. Hertford, commissioners named in an Act of Parliament for inclosing lands in the Parish of Bettws Abergele, co. Denbigh, lease to John Lloyd Wynne of Coed Coch, co. Denbigh, Esq., an allotment or piece of land of the common called Mynydd-y-Cogwin in the Parish of Bettws Abergele aforesaid, and another allotment, part of the common called Allt-felen, in the same Parish, viz. lot 8 and lot 10 in the particulars of sale, etc., for one year at a pepper-corn rent, upon trusts to be declared in another indenture to be dated the day after the date of this present deed. Signed and sealed by the commissioners above mentioned. Witnesses: J. Oldfield, John Matthews of Mold, Edward Oldfield.
