Deed of three parts made between (i) John Lloyd Wynne (lately called John Wynne) of Coed Coch, co. Denbigh, Esq.; (ii) John Oldfield of Farm, same co. gentleman, and (iii) Mary Coytmor of Abergeley, same co., concerning the marriage settlement of John Lloyd Wynne aforesaid and Mary Holland of Teyrdan, same co., and showing that the said J.Ll. Wynne has borrowed £700 from Mary Coytmore aforesaid, secured by this deed of Demise and Charge thereof with interest, in pursuance of a Power reserved to him by his said marriage settlement, subject to certain specified trusts, conditions, and payments set out in detail. Signed and sealed by the 1st and 2nd party. Witnesses: Edward Oldfield, attorney, Farm; J. Lloyd of the same. Endorsed with: 1. Receipt of J.LL. Wynne to M. Coytmore for £700 consideration money. Same date, signature, and attestation. 2. Receipt by Frances Eleanor Bertie to J.LL. Wynne for £70 part principal money and interest due to her as executrix of the will of the said M. Coytmore, 14 Sept. 1812. 3. Receipt by the same to the same for £100, paid in all £300, £400 now due, 10 Nov. 1819. 4. Receipt by the same to the same of £30, 26 Dec. 1812. 5. Receipt of Richard Howard to J.LL. Wynne of £420, being the whole remainder of principal and interest, due on the within written mortgage on the 28 April next ensuing. Dated 12 March, 1821. Memorandum of Richard Howard, that Lord Bulkeley, being Executor and Residuary Legatee to Mrs. Frances Eleanor Bertie, has administered to her effects in Doctors Commons. Mrs. Bertie, being Executrix, etc., to the within named Mary Coytmore, administered to her effects at St. Asaph.
