Indented deed whereby John Holland of Teyrdan, co. Denbigh, esq., and Mary Holland of the same, spinster, eldest daughter and heir of the said J. Holland by Margaret, his wife, leases to Simon Yorke of Erthig, same co., and John Forbes of Bodnod, same co., esquires, for 5s. each, a messuage and tenements and demesne lands called Teyrdan, in the township of Bodlennin, parish of Llanelian in Rhos, same co., with other properties called Llan, Nant yr Efel, Ty Nesa i'r Eglwys and Ty hwnt i'r llan, Bryn y Person, Ty Newydd Llanelian, Bryn yalia, Gloddaeth, Plas Iolyn, Nant Ithel Fychan, Gloddfa, Ty Celyn, Tyddyn y Gwynt and Cottage, y Figin, Llettyr Adar, Bryn Elian, Dderwas, Bryndansi, Nant y Cochol, Pennant, Frith hen and Bryn Bras, Ty Mawr, Bryn, Gwerglodd Tyn y ddol, Fron Ucha, Fron hwfa, Tyn y ddol and Casbwll, etc., in the parishes of Llanelian aforesaid, and Llansaintfraid Glan Conway, and various townships thereof, with fee farm rent etc. for one year, at a peppercorn rent.
