Bryn, [p. Llanyblodwel], Shropshire, lying in a field called Mays Penn Y Lann containing about the seeds of four bushells of corn of Oswestrie measure. They award: (i) the said D.H. to peacefully possess the said parcels for eight years; (ii) the said D.H. to deliver to Thomas ap Howell all the deeds relating to the said parcels; (iii) the said Thomas to peacefully possess the premises after the said eight years.

Patrick Gordon to the use of 3 in order to encourage her to keep within her allowance and to prevent any excuse of contracting debts for her subsistence; (vi) provided that 3 confesses all debts owed by her; (vii) provided that before payment of each quarterly allowance 3 to specify what debts she has contracted within the said quarter so that the same may be paid out of the allowance; (viii) proviso that if 3 shall prove extravagant and within a quarter contract debts greater than her quarterly allowance then the agreement is null and void; (ix) 3 will not during the separation behave undutifully or disrespectfully towards 1 and will not reside anywhere without the consent of 2 nor frequent company which he shall forbid.
