1 Edward Wynn, D.L., chancellor of the diocese of St Hereford. 2 Charles Lloyd of Trenewydd, Shropshire, gent., on behalf of Anne Wynn, wife of 1. 3 The said Anne Wynn. Articles Of Agreement being a Deed Of Separation of 1 and 3: (i) 1 to pay to 2 to the use of 3 £50 payable quarterly until 1 should invite 3 to cohabit with him again; (ii) 1 will pay to 3 to the use of 2 as a free gift £10 provided that 3 does not misbehave herself towards 1 during her stay in Hereford which shall not exceed 3 or 4 months the said sum of £10 to be paid or withdrawn yearly by 1 depending upon the good behaviour of 3 and the character which 2 shall give her; (iii) provided that 2 shall choose for 3 such place for her residence during their separation and shall certify every quarter if required where the residence is and that it is chosen with 2's consent; (iv) provided also that if 3 should be found enseint or be convicted of incontinency, or if she shall keep company with any suspected person whom 2 shall forbid then this agreement to be null and void; (v) 1 to pay the £10 free gift to the Rev. Patrick Gordon to the use of 3 in order to encourage her to keep within her allowance and to prevent any excuse of contracting debts for her subsistence; (vi) provided that 3 confesses all debts owed by her; (vii) provided that before payment of each quarterly allowance 3 to specify what debts she has contracted within the said quarter so that the same may be paid out of the allowance; (viii) proviso that if 3 shall prove extravagant and within a quarter contract debts greater than her quarterly allowance then the agreement is null and void; (ix) 3 will not during the separation behave undutifully or disrespectfully towards 1 and will not reside anywhere without the consent of 2 nor frequent company which he shall forbid.
