Arbitration Award of Richard Lloyd of Llwyn y Maen, gent., and John Gruff' ap Hugh of Maescruck, gent., arbitrators appointed to settle disputes between David Hanmer of Bryn, Shropshire, gent., and Thomas ap Howell now or late of Sowthwarke, Surrey, glover, concerning the title to four parcels of land in t. Bryn, [p. Llanyblodwel], Shropshire, lying in a field called Mays Penn Y Lann containing about the seeds of four bushells of corn of Oswestrie measure. They award: (i) the said D.H. to peacefully possess the said parcels for eight years; (ii) the said D.H. to deliver to Thomas ap Howell all the deeds relating to the said parcels; (iii) the said Thomas to peacefully possess the premises after the said eight years.
