1 Morgan ap John ap Rhutherch and John ap Morgan, son and heir of the said Morgan [both of Trawsfynydd, co. Mer.]. 2 Morgan Vuaghan of Bronheylog, [co. Denb.]. Articles Of Agreement between 1 and 2: (i) John ap Morgan shall bring his brother William Morgan and the wife of the said William to join with 1 in levying a fine on two tmt's called Kefn Gellgwm and Ty Yr Defed, p. Trawsvynyth, to enure to the uses specified in DA80; (ii) 2 to pay by next St Andrewstide £20 to Edmund Pryce and Robert Lloyd to be tendered to Thomas Poole for the redemption of a tmt called Kae'r Voyl, [p. Trawsfynydd], and after such payment 2 is to have his bond wherein he is bound for the said £20; (iii) John ap Morgan to pay 13s.4 towards levying the said fine; (iv) that in case Morgan ap John ap Morgan [see DA80] and Katherine his wife will be willing within seven years to dwell in Trawsfynydd 2 will give them 40 'beasts of three sorts according to the custom of the countrey for marriage goods', 80 sheep, two feather beds, two flock bedsteads and one other bed. Endorsed: 'Papers relating to Trausvinidd estate com. Merionith purchased by Sir Richd. Lloyd'.
