Deed whereby Thomas Lloyd of Trier Beirdd, co. Flint, Esq., eldest son and heir of William Lloyd late of Maesmynan, same co., gentleman, deceased, who was the eldest son and heir of John Lloyd, late of Caerwys, same co. gentleman, deceased, leases to John Lloyd of Berth, co. Denbigh, Esq., for 5sh., a messuage or tenement, lands, etc., in Bettws Abergely, co. Denb. aforesaid called Tu Ucha, another in Llaethvaen, same co., called Pennant; another there, called......., lands in Townan, Parish of Llanelian aforesaid, and in Bodlennin called Werglodd Wen, Gwergloddie duon, Gwerglodd y pandy, Bron y tes, Caer hendre and Caer llan; part of a tenement in Bodlennin, called Skybor newydd; a messuage in Townnan called ffigin; another there called Bryn Elian, another there called Llettur Ader, another there called dderwas; a fulling mill there; a messuage etc. there called Tyddyn Dolwen; another in Bodlennin aforesaid called Bryn gwieu; others there called Ty yn y Kelyn, and Kefn y Beudu; a messuage in Llaethvaen, Parish of Llanelian called Nant y Cochel, another there called Bryndansy; another in Bodlennin called Bryn y Person; another there called Nant, etc., another in Llaethvaen called Tyddyn y Gwynt, another there called Tyddyn y ffron, etc. for one year at a peppercorn rent, with view to a grant thereof. Lease by Joseph Burgess of the City of Chester, gentleman, to Henry Jones of Llanrwst, co. Denbigh, currier, for 5sh., of the messuage, tenement, lands and hereditaments called Brynyneyodd in the Parish of Llansaintffraid, same co., for one year at a peppercorn rent, with a view to a grant thereof (no. 2547). Signature and seal of the vendor. Witnesses: Thos. Holland, Rowel Williams.

Schedule of the Title Deeds relating to a Farm in Llanelian in the County of Denbigh, called Tyddyn y ffordd, the property of John Holland of Teyrdan, same co., Esq., deposited with Mr Cadwallader Anwyl of Bodgwnwch in the Parish of Llangerniew, same co., gentleman, for securing the sum of £300 and interest. The dates of the deeds range from 1 January 1788 to 3 May 1800. At the foot, the acknowledgment by Cadwallader Anwyl that he holds the above mentioned Deeds, and undertaking to redeliver them upon payment of £300 and interest. Signed by C. Anwyl. Deed whereby John Holland of Brynesteddfod, co. Denbigh, Esq., and Margaret his wife, release to Richard Garnons of Carnarvon, Esq. (see no. 2555) the messuages, tenements, lands, etc. described in No. 2526 with specified conditions for the uses of a settlement therein described, subject to conditions for the sum of £1947. 13. 0. Deed whereby Joseph Burgess of the City of Chester, gentleman, leases to John Holland of Brynesteddfod, co. Denbigh, Esq., for 5sh. a messuage, tenements, lands etc., called Tyddyn Owen ap Reignald in the township of Towynan, Parish of Llanelian, same co., for one year at a peppercorn rent, with a view to a grant thereof. Promissory note by Evan Foulkes that he will pay to Gabriel Lloyd Esquire the sum of thirty guineas upon demand. Witness: Thomas Williams. Endorsed with receipt for interest on the debt, in the years 1795, 1800, 1801 and 1803.

Lease from John Holland of Teyrdan in the Parish of Llanelian, co. Denb., Esq., to Edward Jones, of Llanelian aforesaid, mason, certain land called Bron yr Onw, in Ty Newydd, same co., for three lives, at the yearly rent of 5sh. subject to certain conditions of building, etc. Signature and mark. Witnesses: Thomas Wynne, Lewis Lloyd. Certified a true copy. J. Holland, attested by mark Edw. Jones. The lives are: Edward Jones, Katherine Jones his wife and Edward Jones, their eldest son.

Release and Mortgage of several messuages, lands, etc. in the several parishes of Llanelian, Bettws Abergele and Llanddulas, co. Denb., from John Wynne, Esquire and Mrs Dorothy Wynne his mother, to Mr Charles Hawker of the City of Chester, gentleman, with the object of better securing a loan of one thousand two hundred pounds advanced under a bond, and interest thereupon. Deed whereby John Lloyd of Bron y Pistill, Parish of Bettws Abergele, co. Denb., gentleman, and Ellin his wife, which said John Lloyd is Devisee in Fee to the hereditaments, herein after mentioned, of Margaret Evans late of Hendre in the said parish, deceased (who was the second daughter of David Evans of Llawes y Coed, parish of Llanelian in Rhos, same co., gentleman, by Elizabeth his wife, both deceased, and heir at law of David Hughes late of Hendre aforesaid, son of Mary Evans by John Hughes her late husband, etc.,) release the Equity of Redemption of a messuage or Tenement called Hendre in Abergele, (two fields and a seat in the parish church of Bettws excepted, subject to a mortgage upon the same for securing payment of seven hundred pounds and interest to the said John and Ellin. Signatures and seal of the parties. Witnesses as in no. 2590. Endorsed with receipt for payment of the aforesaid consideration money £700. Signed by John and Ellin Lloyd. Witnessed as in the deed. Endorsed: "W. John Lloyd and Uxr to John Wynne Esqre. Release of the Equity of Redemption of a Tenement in the Parish of Bettws Abergele called Hendre (two fields and a seat in church excepted) subject to a Mortgage affecting same for securing £700 and Interest.".

Deed whereby John Wynne of Coed Coch, co. Denbigh, Esq., mortgages to John Oldfield of Farm, same co., Gentleman, for the sum of one thousand pounds, a messuage and tenement with appurtenances, called Dolwen House, lands called Y Werglodd Ddu, y Ddol ganol, Y Vownog, y Ddol yn Pandu, and Y Rofft, a water Grist and other mills, etc., in the township of Twnnan, parish of Llanelian, co. Denb; a messuage called Tu Ucha in Bettws Abergele, etc. for a term of Five Hundred Years, subject to certain specified trusts, conditions of redemption, etc., at a peppercorn rent. Signed by the parties. Heraldic seal. Witnesses: Edward Oldfield, attorney. Farm, David Jones, of Farm. Endorsed with J. Wynne's receipt for the consideration money. Signed by J. Wynne. Witnesses as above.

Deed tripartite, made between (i) John Wynne of Coed Coch, co. Denbigh, Esq; (ii) John Holland of Teyrdan, same co., Esq., and Mary Holland, spinster, eldest daughter of the said J. Holland by Margaret his wife, and John Oldfield of Farm, same co., gentleman, whereby the said J. Wynne releases to the said J. Oldfield the premises leased in the previous deed no. 2597 in the Parish of Llanelian, same co., for £400 in trust for the use, etc., of the said John and Mary Holland. Signed and sealed by the parties. Witnesses: Anne Parry of Caerwys, Edward Oldfield, attorney, Farm, David Jones, Farm. Endorsed with receipt by J. Wynne to J. and M. Holland for £400 consideration money. Signed, dated and witnessed as above.

Attested Copies of the Lease and Release and Settlement of Mr. Evans's Estates called Gwyndu Ucha, and Roch March in the Parish of Abergele, co. Denbigh, by Robert Evans of Gwyndu Ucha aforesaid, gentleman, to Charles Potts of the City of Chester Esq. Signed and attested. Lease for one year, peppercorn rent. Release, for £500, to John Calveley of Christleton, co. Chesh. gent., and Margaret his wife, late Margaret Evans, daughter of the said R. Evans, and Rev. Watkin Williams of Bettws Abergele and Mary Ann his wife, late Mary Ann Evans, younger daughter of the said R. Evans. C. Potts being trustee. Copies certified by Thos. Suit in H. M. Court of Chancery between Richard Tait, plaintiff, and John Lord Northwick, defendant. Certificate that Thomas Lloyd "purchasers of Lot No. 5." has paid into the Bank of England the sum of £300 to the account of the Accountant General to the credit of this suit, as appears by the receipt of Mr C.
