Attested Copies of the Lease and Release and Settlement of Mr. Evans's Estates called Gwyndu Ucha, and Roch March in the Parish of Abergele, co. Denbigh, by Robert Evans of Gwyndu Ucha aforesaid, gentleman, to Charles Potts of the City of Chester Esq. Signed and attested. Lease for one year, peppercorn rent. Release, for £500, to John Calveley of Christleton, co. Chesh. gent., and Margaret his wife, late Margaret Evans, daughter of the said R. Evans, and Rev. Watkin Williams of Bettws Abergele and Mary Ann his wife, late Mary Ann Evans, younger daughter of the said R. Evans. C. Potts being trustee. Copies certified by Thos.
