Denb. aforesaid called Tu Ucha, another in Llaethvaen, same co., called Pennant; another there, called......., lands in Townan, Parish of Llanelian aforesaid, and in Bodlennin called Werglodd Wen, Gwergloddie duon, Gwerglodd y pandy, Bron y tes, Caer hendre and Caer llan; part of a tenement in Bodlennin, called Skybor newydd; a messuage in Townnan called ffigin; another there called Bryn Elian, another there called Llettur Ader, another there called dderwas; a fulling mill there; a messuage etc. there called Tyddyn Dolwen; another in Bodlennin aforesaid called Bryn gwieu; others there called Ty yn y Kelyn, and Kefn y Beudu; a messuage in Llaethvaen, Parish of Llanelian called Nant y Cochel, another there called Bryndansy; another in Bodlennin called Bryn y Person; another there called Nant, etc., another in Llaethvaen called Tyddyn y Gwynt, another there called Tyddyn y ffron, etc. for one year at a peppercorn rent, with view to a grant thereof.
