Deed whereby John Wynne of Coed Coch, co. Denbigh, Esquire, only son and heir of John Wynne of the same, Esquire, deceased, and Dorothy Wynne of the same, widow of the said J. Wynne, deceased, and mother of the said J. Wynne, party to this deed, leases for 5sh. to Charles Hawker of the City of Chester, a Capital messuage called Tan y Dderwen in the parish of Llanelian, same co., with lands etc., in Towynan alias Towynnan, same parish, 69a. 1r. 23p., a messuage etc. called Tydden ucha, in the same place, 39a. 2r.; a quillet or parcel of land in a tenement of John Holland called Olgin, farm rents of one shilling in Twnnan from Lettu du; rent of 1sh. 4d. from Plas Llewelyn; another of 1sh. 4d., a messuage called Llaeth-faen, and lands 37a. 3r. 2p. in Llaethfaen, parish of Llanelian; another called Porthddwyryd in the township of Bodlyman, parish of Bettws Abergele, with lands called Yr Acre, yr Acre draws, Cae'r Skybor, ffraws Melyn Mawr, ffraws Melyn Canol, ffraws Melyn bychan, ffraws Melyn Eithin, Y Werglodd bach, Cae Llwyn y ci, Cae Llwyn y ci bach, y ddau gaer ewen, Caerffynnon, Cae tan y Berllan, and yr ardd newydd; a house or Toft and Garden in Bodlyman called Gwaglwyn now called y Ddwy ffrith wen; two parcels of land there; a messuage, etc. called Clwtt, in Bodlyman, parishes of Bettws Abergele and Llanddulas, with lands called Caer pandy, Dae dol y fran, Cae Canol, Caer Bont, cae pen y Brin, Y Werglodd, y ddwy ffrithwen y werglodd and y Clwtt wrth y Ty, etc. for one year at a peppercorn rent, to enable him to take a grant and release thereof (no. 2583).
