Title deeds comprising first a deed of sale by Thomas Griffithes of Glascoed to Anna Brereton of Cefnhir, of for a piece of land called Y Kae yn Ymil y Groeslwyd, which he had previously mortgaged to Richard Maurice of Cefnhir, 1637/8; a demise by Anna Brereton to her nephew Edward Maurice of Ffarme, Kinnerley, Salop, followed by devise of the same in a copy of her will, 1672; and a second will of 1678, referring to his intended fraud and revoking the previous bequest, proved 1687.
