Title deeds, 1591-1617, comprising mainly mortgages and a lease for the mansion house called Y Glascoid and a piece of land called Kay Uchaf in the township of Castell belonging to Robert Lewis ap Madocke and his brother Richard, followed by the deed of sale of these and the lands of other individuals in Castell and Rug, to Sir John Wynn of Gwydir for £100 in 1597, with a condition for redemption of the mortgaged property of Ieuan ap William ap Thomas; together with counterparts and associated bonds; and a quitclaim to Sir John Wynn by Jonet the widow of Robert Lewis ap Madock, 1617.
