In the 1920s and 1930s, NLW catalogued its smaller collections of deeds and other papers in schedules bound under the heading Miscellaneous Deeds. Some of them are coherent groups, while others are only single items.

Rad., 1706-1840, Cheshire, 1703-1789, Gloucestershire, 1656-1788, Herefordshire, 1594-1772, Shropshire, 1710-1809, and Ireland, 1671-1922.

Appraisal, destruction and scheduling

Action: A number of collections originally catalogued here have since been transferred to other collections: the Llanfwrog Baptist Records (vol. 4, p. 2) are now NLW Minor Deposit 295-302B; the W. Southern Clark Diaries (vol. 4, pp. 3-4) are now NLW MSS 7454-7457, 7461-7462; the Alltyrodyn Deeds (vol. 4, pp. 15-23) are now the Swineshead Lincolnshire Deeds; the Merthyr Mawr Documents (vol. 4, pp. 37-40) were transferred to Cardiff in Sept. 1965; the Mrs Birch (Coed Bedw) Papers (vol. 5, pp. 1-2) are now NLW Minor Deposit 304B; the Morgan & Richardson Deeds (v. 5, pp. 14-17) have been renumbered and incorporated into Morgan Richardson; Goronwy Jones Deeds and Documents now form part of the Rees Jenkin Jones Family Papers; and the Salusbury Pedigrees are now NLW Rolls 111-117..
