Note
Records of the Montgomeryshire County Quoiting League date to 1924 and continue until at least 1950. Interest in the game waned thereafter until Caersws player Bernard Jones re-established the League, which comprised the villages of Tregynon, Llandyssil, Bwlchyffridd, Bettws, Caersws and New Mills, in the early 1970s.
