Order of proceedings for a Civic Reception & Dinner held 27 July 1984: Front cover [?signed] by Councillor Senga Dallas, Vice-Chair of Hamilton District Council, and also bears the name of Provost Sam Casserly, Chair of Hamilton District Council, both names possibly written in the same hand(?).
