Recital of a mortgage 18-19 October 1831 between (a) Eleanor Roberts of Ruthin, widow (b) John Roberts of same, grocer; Richard Roberts (c) Richard Roberts of Tynygraig, gent., (d) Edward Smart of Llanfwrog, co. Denb., (e) Nathaniel Minshall of Oswestry, Shropshire, gent. (f) Robert Roberts of Tyddyn issa, p. Derwen, gent., and (g) Thomas Minshall of Oswestry, gent., for £1,700 of premises in Ruthin, co. Denb. Recital of the will of (c) devising the same to be held in trust and to sell by (1). Edward Edwards of Llanrhaiadr and (1)'s brother David Roberts, providing for (1)'s wife Jane and children (named). Since the widow and three sons are dead the administrators of (c) are to sell the property and make provision for the three dau's: Jane, Mary and Maria.
