(2) is to suffer a Common Recovery of (3) and (4) and will vouch (1). Uses to be held in trust by John Davies of Tyynyrallt [henceforth Jdt], then (3) and (4). Provision of annuities after their husbands' deaths to Blanch 5, replacing Release of 7 May 1739, to Ann wife of Thomas Davies 5, and to Ann wife of John Davies of Pentyrch [henceforth Jdp] (Details of order of inheritance given). Jdp is to be repaid £50 and 1/2 the household goods he promised if Ann, wife of Thomas Davies dies within 3 years of the marriage. (3) and (4) agree to give them £100 when their heir is entitled to possession. Consideration: £100.
