John ap Ieuan ap Eignon claims to hold of the lord 4 acres of arable land, which lie in four parcels in the parish of Wolfysnewton, called Tyre Troyd, Goesgen, Tyre powllgrefellec, Enyebrydd, at an annual rent of 12d. at Michaelmas, suit of court, relief, and showed a charter of feoffment of John ap Gwillim Jenkyn made to him thereon: which charter given at Forthavaynor' 10 October 9 Henry VI (1430). He gives the Lord 6d. to have six men to enquire whether he has good estate by his said charter or not. The jurors (named) say that he has a good estate. John is admitted and does fealty.
