Grant by John Douer, perpetual vicar of the church o St Mary, Monemouth to William Luff and Agnes, his wife, of two tenements lying together, which he has in Monemouth in a street called Monkestrete, next le Caldicote, which tenements lie in breadth between the tenement of Rees Filly and Lucy, his wife, on one side and the tenement of the said William Luff on the other, and extending in length from the said street on one head to a certain parcel of land William Herbert, kt., on the other. Witnesses: Thomas Coke, Edmund le Goldesmyth, Rees Filly, John Stote, junior, John Cachemaid. Given at Monemouth.
