Authorization by Daniel Thomas William Davis of Cwm Caerphilly, gent., Margaret Lilian Leigh, wife of the Rev. J. R. Leigh, Yalding Vicarage, Kent, and Mary Ellen Davies, wife of the Rev. T. W. Davies, Caerphilly Rectory, to assign the premises comprised in no. 1337 to Mrs Cecilia Morgans, 2 Morlais Street, Dowlais.

Observations on the sufficiency of fines levied upon a m., mill and lands called Porth y Croyse, cottages called Tyr Ryd y Pontan and Tyr y Cilvache and several closes called Tyr William David, [p. Llanynys, co. Brec.], in 1690 and 1692, in a suit between John Davies, plaintiff, and Rebecka Williams, widow of Jeffrey Williams, dec., defendant. The observations contain an interesting account of Rebecka Williams' actions and complaints against her indebted husband.

Erbistok in lp Bromfeld, lying together between a stream called Dee to the south, a road leading from Erbistok church towards the dwelling-house of Edward ap David ap Jankyn to the north, the land of Edward ap Ieuan, brother of 1, to the west and a road which leads from the above mentioned road towards a place called Ryde Henfordd to the east, except for the orchards of 1 within these boundaries to the east, an 'erw' of land of the sons of Hoell ap Ll'n, an 'anhereg' of land of the said Edward ap David and a 'butte' of land of the said church, also within the above boundaries.
