Orcop, Herefordshire, to his grandson John Powell.

Caern, gent., complainant, against Richard Parry, Margarett Griffith, widow, John Griffith, her son and executor of the will of Hugh Griffith, late of Carnarvon, dec., Griffith Williams, Ellis Anwyll and Gaynor Griffith, spinster, daughter of the said Margarett Griffith, defendants, concerning a right of way from a m. in p. Llandudwen through several closes of land to p. Tudweiliog, which right was included in a deed or deeds which the defendants have somehow got into their custody from the complainant and which deed(s) he fears the defendants have torn, cancelled or defaced.
