Demise of four parcels of land of which the first is at a place called yprys ucha, in breadth between the land of 2 on both sides and in length from the land of 2 to the river Dee; the second called Anhereg Jankyn is at a place called tir ken', in breadth between the land of 2 on both sides and in length from the land of 2 to Anhereg Eign' Voell; the third called Anhereg Eign' Voell is at a place called tir ken' 'in breadth from land called yperthellwydeon', lately of Hoell ap Ll'n ap Ior' to the land of 2, and the fourth called dryll mabkest is at a place called yprys issa, in breadth from the land of 2 to the land lately of Edward ap D'd ap Jankyn called tir Ithaylen in t. Erbistok in lp Bromfeld, in exchange for five parcels of land of which the first is called y Gennihagwerth, lying in breadth between the land of William Hanmer and the land of Edward ap D'd ap Jankyn and in length from the land of the said Edward to the river Dee; the second lies in breadth from the land of St Erbim to the land of the said Edward and in length from a place called y goleubwll to the river Dee; the third lies in breadth from the land of the said Erbim to the road leading from llwyn y kul toward rryd yr helig and in length from the land of William Hanmer to a meadow called yweirglodd hir; the fourth lies in breadth from the land of the said Erbim to the land of John ap D'd ap Eden' and in length from the land of the said John ap D'd to the land of the said Edward; the fifth lies in breadth from the land of the sons of Hoell ap Morgant to the land of the said Edward and in length from the land of the said Edward to the land of the said Erbim in t. Erbistok in lp Bromfeld, which parcels of land 1 have by the gift of 2 by the aforesaid exchange. Witnesses: D'd Eyton, John ap D'd ap Eden', Jankyn ap Ieuan ap Mad' Coch. Latin. Seals (5). Endorsed: contemporary memorandum concerning the 7s. that 2 is noted as having given to Edward ap D'd for the exchange.
