Manuscripts and typescript drafts of Wyn Griffith's translations, [1940x1950], of short stories by Kate Roberts, including 'The Death of a Story' ('Y Cyfarwydd'/'Marwolaeth Stori'), 'Christmas Journey' ('Nadolig y Cerdyn'), 'Final Payment' ('Y Taliad Olaf'), ['The Treasure'] ('Y Trysor'), 'Rhigolau Bywyd', 'Family' ('Teulu'), 'The Bride'; together with a translation of part of Stryd y Glep and a related letter, January 1950, from Kate Roberts. The manuscript of 'Family Likeness', a short story by Wyn Griffith, is also included.

General correspondence

Correspondence, 1914-1976, from friends and literary acquaintances, often of a general or personal nature, but also relating to Wyn Griffith's own literary work or the work of others. His work as a broadcaster, translator and musician are also reflected. Many of the letters are addressed to both Wyn Griffith and his wife, Winifred, and some are addressed to other individuals.

Deeds and documents

Miscellaneous documents, 1850-1916, including deeds, 1867 and 1877, relating to properties in the parish of Llanfaelrhys, co. Caernarvon, and copies (extracted 1916) of the wills of Henry Williams and William Parry, both of Ty Isaf in the parish of Rhiw, co. Caernarvon, proved 22 May 1850 and 5 March 1855 respectively.
