Title deeds of houses and meadows in Dyffryn Clarach and Llangorwen, parts of which are described as being in the township of Faenor in the parish of Llanbadarn Fawr and in Cyfoethybrenin, usually listed under Llanfihangel Genau’r-glyn, 1506-1798, 1895. Properties include Wirglodd Wyllt, Gwyrglodd Robin, the tenement of Maurice ap Jenkin ap Ieuan Gryth, and Tythyn y Rhiwel, acquired by John Pryse and Sir Richard Pryse of Gogerddan between 1564 and 1634; Tythyn Aber Nant Killan Issa, purchased by Edward Pryse, 1698/9, and Rhos Kellan, agreed for sale to John Pughe Pryse, 1766; and the school house at Clarach, 1798. Names of other parties include Richard ap David ap Rudderch of Llanbadarn Fawr and Richard ap Rees ap David Lloid, his trustee; Edward Roodes, vicar of Llanbadarn Fawr; Philip Williams of Aberystwyth; Richard Phillipps of Aberystwyth and his son Henry; and John Glayse of Aberystwyth

Title deeds for properties in the village of Cwmsymlog in the parish of Llanbadarn Fawr, 1562-1668, 1851-1930. They record an early acquisition of property by John Pryse, 1562; sales and mortgages by the families of Evans, Cwm Cynfyn, 1668, and Pugh of Cwmsymlog, 1799-1877, until the purchase by Sir Pryse Pryse upon default of the mortgage, 1877; a lease of land for Cwmsymlog chapel, 1862; and a draft deed of sale by Sir Lewes Pryse, 1930.

Title deeds of properties in the township of Ystrad Peithyll or Dyffryn Peithyll in the parish of Llanbadarn Fawr, purchased by Sir Richard Pryse of Gogerddan, 1575-1637, and a later lease of Peithyll Farm, 1880.

Title deeds of houses and lands in the township of Trefeurig in the parish of Llanbadarn Fawr, 1565-1636, 1900, and in Banc-y-Darren, which also lay within Trefeurig, 1879-1891. The majority of the deeds concern acquisitions of lands by Richard Pryse of Gogerddan between 1593 and 1636. There is also a small number of transactions involving Sir Pryse Pryse, 1891-1900.

Title deeds of houses, farms and lands mainly in the parish and/or commote of Llanfihangel Genau’r-glyn (formerly called Llanfihangel Castell Gwallter), 1334-1899. The earliest comprise two documents of inspeximus and confirmation to members of the Clement family, of lands in Pennardd, Coedmor and Genau’r-glyn, mentioning Gogerddan, 1334, 1427/8. There is also a lease by the Abbot of Strata Florida, 1539. Most of the files contain evidence of acquisitions by John Pryse and Sir Richard Pryse in the late sixteenth and early seventeeeth centuries, and by Margaret Pryse of Woodstock in the late eighteenth century, together with leases by their successors. Other prominent names include John Wogan of Wiston, the Phillipps family of Aberystwyth, Moris ap Rees ap David Goch of Llanfihangel Genau’r-glyn, and the Morgan family of Dole, Glanfread and Pwllglas. The nineteenth century deeds provide evidence of building developments in the parish, and of the existence of woollen factories and a school at Tal-y-bont, 1785-1899. Two files also include properties in the adjacent parish of Llanbadarn Fawr, 1567-1646, and 1863-1873.

Books of counterpart tack notes granted to mining prospectors by the Pryse family of Gogerddan in the manors of Genau’r-glyn and Nantryarian, 1852-1907.

A more or less regular series of bundles, each labelled ‘Stated Account’, and containing the Lady Day and Michaelmas accounts in most cases, 1817-1882, by successive agents and solicitors of the Abernantbychan estate, namely Evan Davies, 1817-1828, Oliver Lloyd, 1832-1843, Thomas Davies, 1843-1876, Edward Davies, 1876, and John Pugh Vaughan Pryse, 1880-1882. The stated accounts list the balance of the previous account, rents received, arrears, various disbursements such as the agent’s expenses for travel and accommodation, attendance to estate matters, holding courts leet, remittances to bankers and auditors, postage charges, subscriptions, etc., and the eventual totals. Most of the bundles contain copy rentals, relevant vouchers (bills and receipts) and agents’ letters. There are bills for the registration of voters in the Cardigan Boroughs elections and election expenses in some files, 1832-1843. There are increased numbers of bills and receipts for building repairs at Rhippindy, Pantyrholiad, Penrallt, Pant-y-bettws, the Black Lion in Cardigan, Cefnceirw and many other properties, 1869-1881, Plas Abernantbychan, 1881, and houses in Pembroke, 1874-1875.
