Lease for twenty-one years of a messuage with buildings, outhouses, and premises, and also several parcels of lad, which messuage, premises, and lands are called The Palace Farm, containing forty-nine acres and two roods, in the parish of Matherne. The annual rent is eighty-one pounds twelve shillings at four specified terms. The said Thomas Perkins goes surety for observance of covenants.
