Lease for twenty-one years of a messuage with buildings, outhouses, and premises, and also several parcels of lad, which messuage, premises, and lands are called The Palace Farm, containing forty-nine acres and two roods, in the parish of Matherne. The annual rent is eighty-one pounds twelve shillings at four specified terms. The said Thomas Perkins goes surety for observance of covenants. Provision is made for determining this lease after seven or fourteen days. Copy.
