A translation into English of John Parry, Gramadeg o'r Iaith Gymraeg; Wedi ei drefnu yn fyr ac eglur, A'i gyfansoddi mewn iaith rwydd, er addysg i bobl ieuainge, ac eraill. Yr ail argraffiad, wedi ei ddiwygio (Caerlleon: M. Monk, 1825), under the title 'A Grammar of the Welsh Language ...'. The translation is subscribed 'T. N. Sep' 21st 1838' (p. 80).

A proof copy of the Rev[erend] Thomas Rowland: A Grammar of the Welsh Language . . . (2nd ed., London, 1857). The inside, upper cover is inscribed 'The proof sheets. Presented by the author to the Rev. D. Ll. James [David Lloyd James, vicar of Pontrobert], Oct. 20th 1865', and on the fly-leaf is a parody by 'Brutus of Haul fame' [David Owen, editor of Yr Haul] of the seven-line hymn stanza [by Evan Jenkins of Llansamlet, commencing 'Duwioldeb yn ei grym'].

A grant by Llewelyn ap Gruffydd, prince of Wales to Edward I, Tuesday next before the feast of St Martin, 1277, of the four cantreds with their boundaries as fully as the late king or the present king held them at any time, and all the lands that the king has taken into his hands or acquired in any other manner against Llewelyn in Wales, except Anglesey. A grant by the King to the prior and friars preachers of Rothelan, 22 March 1283/4, that they may fish with one net in the river of Cloude from the town of Rothelan to the sea without hindrance from the King's bailiffs or ministers, and they shall be quit of multure at his mills at Rothelan on their own corn. This document is used as a draft for a like grant by Connop Thirlwall, Bishop of St. Davids, to John Thirwall to exercise the office of apparitor-general in the diocese of St. Davids.
