Indenture, being a mortgage for £7 from Edward ap Howell of Melyniog Vechan, co. Mont., gent., to Gruffith Tannatt, M.A., of Llansanfraid, co. Mont. of a close called Kaie yn y koid, containing 8 a., in Melyniog Vechan aforesaid, having the lands of Charles Vaughan, esq., at the one end and a certain parcel of common at the other end and lying between the lands of the said Edward called Gwirglodd hire and the aforesaid common. Indenture, whereby Daniell Edwards of Llansanfraid in Mechan, co. Mont., gent. (in consideration of a marriage already solemnized between himself and his wife, Elizabeth, the daughter of John Hughes, clerk), grants to Owen Edwards of Coedfrin, co. Mont., gent. and John Lloyd of the town of Salop, Shropshire, gent., a capital m. and lands in Llansanfraid aforesaid on trust for the grantor and his wife for their lives, with remainders over. Exemplification of a verdict in a suit in the Great Sessions held at Pole, co. Mont., on 1 Oct. 1627, in which Meredith ap Oliver sued Roger Gruffithes, late of Llan'chymrys, co. Mont., gent., Gaynor, his wife, Anne Griffithes, late of Llan'chymrys aforesaid, spinster, and John ap Evan, late of Llan'chymrys, yeoman, for £40 damages for ejecting him from six a. of land in Llan'chymrys, which David Moris, esq., had demised to plaintiff for three years. Verdict for the defendants.

Indenture, whereby Arthur Powell of Hurdley, co.
