Indenture, whereby John David ap Rees of Llandinam, co. Mont., gent., Joan, his wife, and his son and heir apparent, David Jones of Clothie, co. Mont. (in consideration of a marriage already solemnized between the said David Jones and Margaret, the daughter of Reynold Barbour of Clothie aforesaid, and of £80, the marriage portion of the said Margaret) grant to Raphe Barbour of Rhandir, yeoman, and Arthur Jones of Llandinam, gent., both of co. Mont., a m., &c. called Y tuy yn y kraigfryn in the t's of Llandinam, Dithenydd and Rhyngynwydel, co. Mont. on trust to pay the said John David ap Rees and Joan, his wife, an annuity of £10 for their lives and subject thereto to hold the said property on trusts therein mentioned.
