As in no. 2854. This tripartite deed was originally drawn to include a surety as third party, but there was no surety, and, accordingly, there are blanks in the text.

Wynne (see no. 2872), in addition to C.G.H.R. Conwy, to be trustees for the purposes for which H. Methold and G. Dixon, both deceased, were originally appointed.

Declaration in the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, in the matter of the Estates settled by an Indenture of Settlement, dated 28 December 1857, and made between (1) John Lloyd Wynne the elder; (2) John Lloyd Wynne the younger; (3) Henry John Lloyd Wynne; (4) Henry Methold and George Dixon, and (5) Brownlow Wynne Wynne and George Henry Lockwood; the suit being between the Hon. Ann Gwendolen Brodrick, wife of the Hon. Lawrence Alan Brodrick, Plaintiff, and Edward Henry Lloyd Wynne, an infant, by the Hon. Lawrence Alan Brodrick his guardian 'ad litem', Charles Stewart and Bertrand Stewart Conwy Grenville Hercules Rowley Conwy, Peter Thomson, and Robert Watkin Williams Wynne, Defendants. The Judge declares that the Plaintiff, as administratrix of her late husband, Edward William Lloyd Wynne, deceased, is entitled to £5000 charged upon certain estates comprised in a schedule referred to, with interest.

Deed made between (i) William Evans and Robert Evans; (ii) Thomas Jones and George Rogers, and (iii) Samuel Thornes of St. Asaph, gentleman, whereby the said 1st party grant for 5sh. to the 2nd party, the messuage called Gwyndu Ucha with its lands and rents, and appurtenances, with intent to make a tenant to the precipe for suffering a Common Recovery with double voucher thereof. Extract from the Roll of the Pleas at Wrexham, co. Denbigh, at the Court of the Great Sessions of the County, forming the record of the legal proceedings whereby Robert Wynne recovers by writ of "Quod ei Deforceat" against Edward Williams, certain lands in Maesegwig, Llaethvan, Twnnan, Gwrych, Bodlennin, Kilkin, Tincadvel, Treflach, Beren and Llechryd in the parishes of Bettws Abergeley, Llanelian, Llanyfudd, Llansannan and Abergeley in the said county, and receives seizin thereof, 25 August, 1781.

Deed whereby Robert Evans of Gwyndu Ucha in the Parish of Bettws Abergele, co. Denbigh, gentleman, grants to Robert Aldersey of the City of Chester, woollen draper, by way of mortgage for the sum of £600, the messuage called Gwyndu Ucha, and the lands and appurtenances (see no. 2884) for a term of one thousand years as security for the said sum and interest, subject to specified conditions, limitations and appointment. Signed and sealed by Robert Evans. Witnesses: Alex Eaton, attorney at Law in Chester, Thomas Royle, junior, his clerk.

Bond of Robert Evans of Gwyndu Ucha in the Parish of Bettws Abergele, co. Denbigh, gentleman, to Robert Aldersey of the City of Chester, woollen draper, in the sum of £1200, to secure due payment of £600 with interest, in accordance with the covenant contained in an indenture of mortgage of even date. Lease and Release by Henry Kelsall and Charles Calveley to Anne Bromfield of the City of Chester, spinster, of the capital messuage called Gwyndu Ucha, and other premises described in previous deeds, and transfer the mortgage in fee thereof, for securing the sum of £500 and interest, viz, to H. Kelsall £350, to C. Calveley £150, subject to certain specified conditions and provisions. Signed and sealed by the lessors. Endorsed with receipt of the said H. Kelsall and C. Calveley for the consideration money above mentioned.

Mortgage by Charles Calveley to Anne Bromfield, in addition to previous mortgages, the before mentioned messuages and other premises, called Gwyndu Ucha, described in detail in the foregoing deeds, for securing the sum of £200 and interest, subject to conditions of redemption herein specified. Flint, Bart.; whereby the 3rd party, requesting the 4th party to pay to the 1st party the sum of £1000, and in consideration of further sums, amounting in all to £3,150, conveys to the 4th party, the messuage called Gwyndu Ucha and the lands mentioned in the previous deed, the sitting-place in the Church of Bettws Abergele, certain rents therein fully described, subject to specified conditions. At the end a schedule of indentures of Deeds referred to in this Deed and dated 28 and 29 Sept. 1819. Signed and sealed by the first four parties. Witnesses: Robert Woodford, clerk; H. Deed of Five Parts made between (i) Thomas Holland of Teirdan, co. Denbigh, Esq., and John Holland of the same, his eldest son; (ii) William Kinaston of Ryton, co. Salop, Esq., and Thomas Kinaston of the same, gentleman; (iii) Evan Davies of Trovarth, same co., gentleman, and Ann his wife; (iv) John Salusbury of Bryn-y-barkitt, same co., gentleman; (v) John Thornton of Shrewsbury, co. Salop, apothecary; referring to previous indentures, relating to messuages and lands in Llanelian in Rhos, and forming a Deed of Appointment by the abovesaid T. Holland and J. Holland as a collateral Security to the abovesaid Evan Davies and Ann his wife, for the sum of £1000 and interest, with a scheduled account of the debts of the said T.
