Deed of Five Parts made between (i) Thomas Holland of Teirdan, co. Denbigh, Esq., and John Holland of the same, his eldest son; (ii) William Kinaston of Ryton, co. Salop, Esq., and Thomas Kinaston of the same, gentleman; (iii) Evan Davies of Trovarth, same co., gentleman, and Ann his wife; (iv) John Salusbury of Bryn-y-barkitt, same co., gentleman; (v) John Thornton of Shrewsbury, co. Salop, apothecary; referring to previous indentures, relating to messuages and lands in Llanelian in Rhos, and forming a Deed of Appointment by the abovesaid T. Holland and J. Holland as a collateral Security to the abovesaid Evan Davies and Ann his wife, for the sum of £1000 and interest, with a scheduled account of the debts of the said T. Holland, amounting to £1000, paid and discharged by the sum of £1000 within mentioned. Signed and sealed by the first three parties.
