Declaration in the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, in the matter of the Estates settled by an Indenture of Settlement, dated 28 December 1857, and made between (1) John Lloyd Wynne the elder; (2) John Lloyd Wynne the younger; (3) Henry John Lloyd Wynne; (4) Henry Methold and George Dixon, and (5) Brownlow Wynne Wynne and George Henry Lockwood; the suit being between the Hon. Ann Gwendolen Brodrick, wife of the Hon. Lawrence Alan Brodrick, Plaintiff, and Edward Henry Lloyd Wynne, an infant, by the Hon. Lawrence Alan Brodrick his guardian 'ad litem', Charles Stewart and Bertrand Stewart Conwy Grenville Hercules Rowley Conwy, Peter Thomson, and Robert Watkin Williams Wynne, Defendants. The Judge declares that the Plaintiff, as administratrix of her late husband, Edward William Lloyd Wynne, deceased, is entitled to £5000 charged upon certain estates comprised in a schedule referred to, with interest.
