John Duy ap Ieuan ap Crach of one parcel of land called Kedig in the township of Pennarth [Peniarth] in Mochnant, extending in length from the stream called Nant y Niasol? as far as the tmt there called Maes y Patruel. Witnesses: Ric’ Herbart, knight, seneschal of Powys, Maurice ap Howell, lieutenant, D’d Lloid Bedo, ringild (bailiff), Gruff’ ap Bedo ap Ieuan ap Dai, Rydderch ap D’d ap Ll’n ap Dai and D’d Vychan ap Bedo ap Jenkyn.
