Witnesses: Ric’ Herbart, knight, seneschal of Powys, Maurice ap Howell, lieutenant, D’d Lloid Bedo, ringild (bailiff), Gruff’ ap Bedo ap Ieuan ap Dai, Rydderch ap D’d ap Ll’n ap Dai and D’d Vychan ap Bedo ap Jenkyn.
