Gweledigaeth Emyr Llywelyn oedd mudiad Adfer, mudiad a darddodd o Gymdeithas yr Iaith Gymraeg. Cofrestrwyd Cwmni Adfer Cyf. ar y 9fed o Fedi 1970 ac un o’i amcanion oedd prynu ac adnewyddu tai yn yr ardaloedd Cymraeg er mwyn eu gosod ar rent isel i Gymru lleol gan ganolbwyntio ar ogledd a gorllewin Cymru sef cadarnleoedd y Gymraeg. Ym mis Awst 1971 roedd Adfer yn berchen ar dri tŷ yng Ngheredigion.

Tystysgrif y rhoddwr Huw Ceiriog Jones yn dangos ei fod yn berchen ar gyfranddaliadau yng nghwmni Adfer Cyf Ltd, papur ysgrifennu swyddogol yn dangos swyddogion y cwmni, ynghyd â chopi o Femorandwm ac Erthyglau'r cwmni, 9 Medi 1970. = A share certificate in Adfer Cyf Ltd which belonged to the donor Huw Ceiriog Jones, official headed notepaper with names of company officials, together with a copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of Adfer Limited, 9 September 1970.
