Bond in £40 that George Muttlowe and Katheryn Balsha his wife shall obey the award of John Salter, esq., chief justice of North Wales, Master William Glyn, doctor of both the laws, and Richard Hasshall, the Prince's Solicitor, arbiters in the dispute between the said George Muttlowe of the one part and Roland Vilavile, knight, and Agnes Gruffith of the other part concerning meses and lands called the Duff hows Crofte lying within the liberties of the town of Beaumareys.
