Testator willed and bequeathed:, to Mary Price, my wedded wife, the messuage and lands called Y Bewnaynt, parish of Conwilgaio, co. Carmarthen, during her widowhood, and afterwards to Richard Price, my second son, and his issue;, to the said Richard Price, the messuage and lands called Pentremiricke in the franchise and liberty of the county borough of Carmarthen;, to George Parry, my son-in-law, £10;, to Elizabeth Price, my second daughter, £100, payable on the second Michaelmas after my decease;, to Anne Lloyd, my mother, £16;, to Thomas Price, my brother, one yoke of oxen which he has in his custody, and twenty heads of sheep;, to John Price, my eldest son, eight oxen, one bullock, two bulls, ten kine, two heifers, four calves, and all cattles on my lands at Llanllowcharne aforesaid;, to the said John Price, all my corn and grain upon the said lands;, to the said John Price, 127 sheep, four horses, and three mares, and two beds as they are now fitted in my study;, to Evan James and Owen Howell, 20s. each;. Should the said John Price, my eldest son, after the decease of my wife, interrupt the said Richard Price, my second son, in the quiet possession of the premises called Pentre Miricke, then the said Richard Price shall hold all my messuages and lands in Llanllwcharne aforesaid, for life, and afterwards to his heirs, and the said John Price shall hold the said lands called Pentre miricke for ever;. Mary Price, my wife, to be my sole executrix, but in the event of her refusal she shall reap no benefit from my will;. Full power to Morgan [Owen] bishop of Llandaffe, to grant, demise, and dispose of my estate contained in this will, and to levy all my debts and to pay my debts and legacies; the said bishop of Llandaffe and my brother Owen Price to be tutors and guardians of my children.
