Original bundle of deeds relating to a capital messuage or mansion house called Thicket Priory in the parish of Cotton cum Thorganby in the East Riding of Yorkshire, and the manor of Cotton cum Thorganby, subjected to a mortgage of £1,500 by Nicholas Robinson of Thicket aforesaid, esq., to King Gould of Little Ealing, Middlesex, esq., and transferred in 1738 to Jacob Costobadie of the city of York, gent.
