Papers including copies of Hansard, clauses in the Government of Wales Act 2006, a press release and supporting document, a news article and an Ofwat review of charges collected in relation provisions in the Governmetn of Wales Act 2006 which would allow the Secretary of State for Wales to over-rule an Assembly measure if it affected water supply or quality in England.
