A file of mainly printed material, together with a small quantity of letters, concerning the preparation of the new Welsh Language Bill and the resultant act, including a copy of Recommendations for a New Welsh Language Act, a report published by the Welsh Language Board in February 1991. There are also some parliamentary papers.
