A valuation book containing valuations and surveys, 1875-1876, by William Dew & Son, Bangor, auctioneers and valuers, relating to properties throughout North Wales.
The volume includes notes, [1875], for the valuation of the Pwllycrochon [Pwll-y-crochan] estate, Colwyn Bay, in October 1875 (ff. 9 verso-25), with further notes for parts of the same estate, November 1875-February 1876 (ff. 53 verso-57); and a few notes, dated 8 September 1875, on the valuation of the Cynfal estate, Festiniog, Merioneth (ff. 4 verso-5, 6 verso-8).
