Lodge copies of a report by examiners on the accounts and records of the lodge for 1932 and of a report of a special examiner relating to contributions, payments and investments of the Unity Reserve Fund for 1938. In cases of lodges with deficiencies the directors of the Manchester Unity Fund could, at least once in every two years, order a special investigation to be made into the affairs and accounts of the lodge. The investigator or special examiner was not a member of the District.
