Propositions, 16 May, 1729, of Richard [Smallbrooke], bishop of St. Davids, proponent, in the cause of Dr. John Davies, precentor of the cathedral church of St. Davids, appellant, touching the latter's refusal to accept a commission to continue and adjourn the ordinary visitation of the cathedral church granted to the Reverend Richard Pritchard, M.A., one of the canons and prebendaries of the said church.
