I would like to report that after the demise of Nawab Najm al-Daulah and following your orders and those of the Members of the Council, and with the approval of Intizam al-Daulah, Nawab Saif al-Daulah was installed on the masnad on Monday, 9 Dhu al-Hijjah, reg. yr. 7. You may have already received the report on Maharajah Mahaindra Bahadur. I hope you will be able to consider this with your customary generosity. I am looking forward to your visit to this part of the country and hoping that you will be able to pay us a visit
