Cardigan, clerk to the Board of Guardians of the Tregaron Union, largely relating to the expenses of electing members to the School Boards of Ysbytty Ystwyth, Strata Florida and Gwnnws Upper, Llanddewi brefi, Caron Isclawdd and Upper Llanbadarn Odwyn, Llangeitho and Llanbadarn Odwyn Lower, Nantcwnlle, Blaenpenal and Lower Lledrod, Ystradmeurig and Lledrod Upper, and Bettws Leiki. Inset are papers relating to the executorship of the estate of David Williams, including IOU's to him, 1879-1881; accounts with the School Boards of Ysbytty Ystwyth, 1881, and Llanddewi Brefi, 1883; a holograph letter from William Ball, clerk, Ysbytty Ystwyth School Board, to Peter Williams [executor of David Williams], 1883; and two undated draft letters of Peter Williams.
